Quiet suburban location just 3km from the CBD. Comfortable modern house located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a westerly facing deck creating a fantastic setting to view our regular and spectacular evening sunsets. The house is spotlessly clean and comfortable with a fully fitted kitchen and European laundry. In additional to the large open plan living area, kitchen and dining area there are two large bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and queen size double beds.

Truly a home from home where you can relax in comfort after a full day working or maybe touring this wonderful part of Tasmania. Whether you are just a couple, a small family or a group of family and friends Our House Around the Corner will be yours to enjoy for your stay.

Guest access:
Our House Around the Corner is a fully contained two bedroom house with a very well equipped kitchen with open plan living and dining areas. Patio doors lead directly to your very own garden and deck.

Other things to note:
First day complimentary continental breakfast.
Young family friendly with cot and high chairs available on request. Children's books and toys available. Child safety features are included low level visual markers on glass patio doors. Child safety gates can be places to restrict babies and infants for accessing the landscape garden that is not suitable for young children. These gates create a wonderful safe area from the living room to the deck so infants and babies can freely enjoy being outside. Note: we recommend that all families with children under 5 request the gates to be installed.
A foldaway single bed can be made available on request to accommodate 5th guest.
The house is a semi-detached unit with the other house above but offset. Both are owned by your host. You will occasionally be aware of your neighbor as sometime footsteps may be heard.
NBN 20Mbits Wi-Fi available free of charge. Gbit internet available on request. If you need extra high speed internet for business or pleasure our fiber to the house internet service is second to none and can be set up on an as required basis. Small additional charge applies for Gbit service.
For all booking of 8 days or more the facility will be serviced once per week by your host on a day mutually agreed. Service will include house cleaning, change of bed linen and towels. A charge of $30 per service will apply.
