This rural loft cabin is simply beautiful. In the middle of a rural bush block, this home overlooks the trees and the frequent wildlife visitors to the home. Enjoy the serenity of this open plan home, whilst enjoying the convenience of being just a 5 minute drive from Launceston's CBD.

It features a toasty wood fire, north-east facing double height windows making the most of the view, and multiple sun drenched sitting nooks to read or just enjoy the view. Wake up to the sun rise!! It's windows don't have blinds, to make the most of the view. So please be aware you will wake with the sun!!

The owner has added many lovely homely touches, with a cupboard full of books to make the most of your relaxing time.

Please note, in summer we sometimes get huntsman visiting this property. If you are as scared of spiders as our manager Katie we recommend booking this property in the cooler months to avoid meeting our little friends!

The Space:
As our photos show, this space is beautifully open and airy.
Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen/dining, lounge and sunny reading corner.
1 Queen bedroom downstairs.
Up the stairs, there is a loft bedroom with Queen bed, and the home's bathroom and toilet.

Outdoor chairs on the deck, as well as BBQ and outdoor wood heater, mean you can make the most of the lovely setting.

The Neighborhood:
Trevallyn is a lovely neighbourhood, with the Trevallyn reserve at your doorstep. A great place for easy hikes, multiple mountain bike tracks, and barbecue facilities.

Trevallyn Grocer is a lovely gourmet grocer just down the road, with a bakery, and Lulu's, a cafe which boasts the most spectacular breakfasts just nearby.

Getting Around:
We always recommend having a car to explore Launceston, but otherwise there are plenty of Taxi's and Uber's available for the 5 minute drive to the CBD.
