This truly stunning home is nestled in the Trevallyn hills. The style and elegance of this home are evident from the moment you enter the front door. With flawless finishing, a calming use of colours, and seamless indoor / outdoor living design you are sure to love every corner of this home.
5 minutes from the city and boasting upstairs and downstairs living, 3 bathrooms and only 5 minutes from the city and the Gorge you will have everything you need.
The Space:
When you enter the home you will be greeted with the beautiful windows facing east to catch the sun rise over the mountains. There is a comfortable lounge room separate from the kitchen and dining and away from the bedrooms.
To your left you will walk through the stunning green kitchen which is fully equipped for your cooking needs a well as a Nespresso machine.
The dining room has seating for 8 and view you can stare at for hours.
The main bathroom is down the hall with a separate bath, shower and washing machine.
The beds are comfortable queens and the main bedroom comes with an ensuite.
Downstairs is fully equipped with a kitchenette, but no cooking facilities. The bathroom is tucked away in what looks like the pantry cupboard! Sneaky and magnificent.
There is also a separate bedroom, lounge room and deck downstairs.
It is a stunning property, please note there are stairs to gain access to the home from the road. There is a driveway you can wheel heavy bags down, but please be aware it is a steep entrance.

The Neighborhood:
Trevallyn is a lovely neighbourhood, with the Trevallyn reserve at your doorstep. A great place for easy hikes, multiple mountain bike tracks, and barbecue facilities.
Trevallyn Grocer is a lovely gourmet grocer just down the road, with a bakery, and Lulu's, a cafe which boasts the most spectacular breakfasts just nearby.
Getting Around:
We always recommend having a car to explore Launceston, but otherwise there are plenty of Taxi's and Uber's available for the 5 minute drive to the CBD.

Please note for longer stays, an additional fortnightly mid stay cleaning charge will apply to your stay.
