All rooms share a family bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and spa bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring Hobart. A separate toilet offers added convenience, and the full laundry room with a washer-dryer combo makes longer stays a breeze.
The home offers year-round comfort with central air conditioning, a split-system heater in the dining area, and additional portable heating and fans for flexible climate control. A highchair and portacot are available on request. Parking is available for up to three cars on the driveway. Please note that the home is set across a single level, with just a few small steps inside.
