This property has one bedroom with a king bed, that can be split into two singles upon request.
There is a sunny open plan kitchen/living/dining room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and a heat pump/aircon. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a full sized fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine, and even a stand mixer if you're into baking! The bathroom in the property also houses complete laundry facilities.
There is a large deck with patio furniture and a grassed area, with sweeping views of the River Derwent and Mount Wellington mountain range.
We provide freshly laundered towels and linen for each guest, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide pantry basics, tea, coffee, and some milk to get you started.
There is off street parking available for free at the property for one standard size car, as well as public transport nearby.
Please note, to access the apartment, you will need to descend a set of stairs and walk down a gravel path. The apartment is regretfully unsuitable for wheelchair access. You may wish to consider this when booking for elderly guests too.
Due to the property being contactless self check-in, booking guest is required to complete an online registration prior to check-in, which will include uploading a copy of their government issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport). Retreats Tasmania have a strict no parties, no smoking, and no pet's policy.
