Downstairs has the main living space, along with an outdoor covered in space & then upstairs is the bar room with deck that offers stunning water views.

There are three queen bedrooms & one single bedroom. Complete with three bathrooms, one with egg shape free standing bath & three toilets. The open plan kitchen is the ideal space to whip up a feast of Tasmanian seafood & fresh produce. There's also a Webber Q gas BBQ & firepit to enjoy.

If you have a boat, that's no problem as there is plenty of parking.

If you're wondering about Barnbougle Lost Farm Golf Resort or Barnbougle Dunes Golf Links courses, they are a short 10 minute drive from the home. In no time, you'll be teeing off and enjoying these world class golf courses. Set amongst a truly breathtaking back drop, you can do a round of golf,then come home to relax in this very comfortable home.

Bridport is approx. 85km North-East of Launceston and approx. 280km North of Hobart. If you love walking in nature, then you're in for a real treat. There are many bush & beach walks around Bridport. And let's not forget that Derby & The Blue Derby mountain bike trails are approx. 55km away.
