Black House on Richard

Be greeted by beautiful panoramic bay views when you enter the upstairs level of the Black House on Richard. On this level, there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area, which leads to a large outdoor deck with bbq and outdoor setting, The lower level has 3 large bedrooms, all with built in robes, sleeping a maximum of 10 people. There are 2 bathrooms, a laundry and an outside shower for rinsing off after a day on the beach. Relax on the large upstairs deck absorbing the view or in the afternoon shade on the lower deck, overlooking a large fenced yard, where there is another bbq and outdoor setting. This property is heated and cooled by a reverse cycle air conditioner upstairs and fans and electric heaters down stairs, and is beautifully furnished and has everything you need to enjoy your beach break.

Spacious Bedroom 1 has a comfortable Queen size bed with plenty of storage in the robes and drawers. The large en-suite with a bath is accessible from this room, with the laundry next to it.

Bedroom 2 is also a light and spacious room with a queen size bed and heaps of storage, with the main bathroom adjacent to it.

Bedroom 3 is a great size room, having 4 double bed bunks. This is the perfect room for the kids to spread out. There is also plenty of storage in this bedroom. All linen and towels, including beach towels are provided. Ample off street parking is available in the fenced and secure property.

Beaches, cafes, shops and hotels are all within walking distance and is a short drive to acclaimed golf courses Lost Farm and Barnbougle. A 40 minute drive will find you at Derby at the world class mountain biking trails and the Lavender Farm and wine route are also about half an hour from Bridport.
Pyengana Dairy, The Pub in Paddock and St Columba’s Falls are approximately 100 kms from Bridport, where you can indulge in some of Tasmania’s best cheeses and dairy products and take an easy stroll through the picturesque rain forest to the beautiful water fall.
