Architecturally designed open plan beach house

Our beautiful spacious, sunny open plan home is just a stones throw from the beach. We are a family ourselves and have provided everything in our holiday home that we think you could possibly need on your family's stay. From plenty of cosy couches and cushions, to family games, bikes and surfboards to use, we hope we haven't missed a thing. As coffee lovers ourselves we delight in bringing you fresh coffee beans which are delivered weekly and well as a grinder and manual machine (with instructions for those who are less than baristas).

Situated perfectly between the Hobart Airport and historic Port Arthur, make this your base from which to explore beautiful Tasmania while not missing out on the beauty of the Tasmanian coast at your doorstep.

The house has high ceilings with double glazing throughout so you can enjoy all year warmth. Ideally set up for 2 couples or a family. However it comfortably fits up to 9 in the following configuration:

The main loft area is a large couple's retreat with a private balcony, bathroom and walk in wardrobe.

The second bedroom is at the opposite end of the house and contains a queen bed and access to the main bathroom nearby.

The third bedroom is set up as a discreet living room off the second bedroom but can be converted to the third bedroom when you arrive.

The main flowing living area has a private nook where the single bed is set up as a bunk over the double for times when our guests come in large groups or families.

We have provided everything we think your friends and family might need for the perfect beach holiday. We are a short 5 minute walk to the beach or we have provided bikes for the whole family which will get you there in just two minutes.

For those more adventurous we have provided surf boards and body boards to use during your stay.

The house is private with a fully fenced yard with plenty of off street parking.
Games, books, strollers and a Port a Cot are all available for the perfect family stay. However note that you may wish to restrict toddlers from going up the stairs and we provide a baby gate to assist with this.

Rules

This eco house is on fresh Tasmanian tank water and for this reason we ask you to limit water waste.

The septic system is also eco friendly and although the toilets look like any other the septic is sensitive and can only tolerate toilet paper down the loo so we ask guests to refrain from putting anything else at all down the loo.
