Brookhampton Estate

Tasmania is a part of Australia. It’s an island and state in that country.  As the location of Tasmania goes, its 240 kilometers south of the continent, divided by the Bass Strait. The state Tasmania has an island within it which is the 26th largest island in the world. It is said to be a  natural state or also referred to as the "island of inspiration". This is because the environment there is as natural as it could be.  Proving it, it is said that, 37% of Tasmania is filled with reserves, national parks and World Heritage Sites. Its also a great tourism spot, as its filled with beautiful islands, beaches and galleries for visiting.

Tasmania is very popular for its collection of the different wines and other collections. Brookhampton Estate is one such place in this region. Its located just down south of the Donnybrook which is in the heart of  the Western Australia's Geographical wine region. The estate is set on an extremely extravagant 420 acre property. These special wines are especially made with the combination of the classic Marri and Jarrah soils of the area and the exotic temperate climate provide total ideal growing conditions to produce wines with opulence, classiness and enhancement.

Amongst the exquisite wines includes the, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon are few of the main varieties grown at Tasmania. Smaller areas of Tempranillo, Barbera and Viognier are also showing great promise as most of the forte market varieties. While a most momentous proportion of the grape crop is committed to a major Australian wine producer, the estate then also enjoys a keen interest in its very stylish fruit driven wines sold through the popular methods of cellar door and mail order.

Brookhampton Estate is also considered to be the home to the largest grassed outdoor amusement venue in South West of Western Australia, that is actually set in amongst a working beautiful vineyard. The open-air concert is staged amongst the estate's amazing fruit laden vines and with a very innate amphitheatre; it provides excellent acoustics in spectacular setting. As the sun sets into an often brilliant display on the second weekend in February each year, the evening lifts that curtain on the ultimate outdoor concert experience making it an extremely worthwhile moment for the visiting tourists.
