The open plan kitchen, dining, living are located downstairs, along with the bathroom & laundry. Upstairs you have two spacious bedrooms. The home is situated within close walking distance to the Launceston CBD, the Charles Street cafe precinct, Coles Supermarket& the Launceston General Hospital.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly wantto whip up a gourmet feast of local Tasmanian produce, that you've purchased from the award winning Harvest Market which is on every Saturday morning.

There's off street parking for one vehicle.
