Studio 59 is a uniquely designed straw bale studio that looks onto stunning water views and distant forest. It is newly built and stylishly furbished with an open plan design and modern kitchenette. There is a large elevated private sun deck where you can enjoy a BBQ and outdoor dining with a view looking out onto the Swan River and Moulting Lagoon. Just a 2 minute stroll to the beautiful Piper's Beach where there are safe swimming beaches and great fishing spots.
This is the perfect accommodation for a couple looking for something unique where you can relax and enjoy your surroundings. Studio 59 is located in a quite beach community in Swanwick, just a 5 minute drive from Coles Bay and the Freycinet Nation Park where the famous Wineglass Bay is located.

Studio 59  is comfortably furnished and has an open plan kitchenette, dining, lounge and bedroom.
There are comfortable leather couches and a TV.
For your convenience there is a dish washer and a coffee pod machine is supplied for you to enjoy a little luxury while on your stay.
The extensive deck it also a fantastic place to star gaze at night.
Studio 59 has a private setting, it is attached to another dwelling, there is a shared driveway and car park.
