Located within close proximity of Hobart’s attractions yet peacefully sheltered away on the riverfront, this residence's luxurious sanctuary is positioned directly opposite the Clarence Foreshore Trail where you can walk or ride hugging the river to Lindisfarne or Montagu Bay, the Tasman Bridge is only a 10-minute stroll away and there’s a pedestrian walking/riding path that affords spectacular views of the Hobart CBD and vistas up and down the river.
There are two children’s playgrounds a short stroll away including one right next to the river. Lindisfarne Shopping Village is 1.5km away, it has a Woolies, cafes and eateries as well as the iconic Currency Café that has a great menu.
A short four minute drive will land you in the city centre, it’s really easy to get parking at most of the eateries and attractions. From there the world is you oyster (or scallop if you’re a local) with streets filled with historic buildings, wine bars and eateries, Salamanca markets with its cosmopolitan dining scene, Constitution Docks as well as Hobart City Ferry Terminal where the ferry leaves for Mona.
