A beautiful house in Riverside Launceston just minutes from the CBD with magnificent views of the city, river and mountains. Located in a quiet crescent.

We have completed two major renovations that has transformed the house. The house features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the open plan has plenty of space making it ideal for large families and groups with the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The backyard is fully enclosed and families can enjoy this space or the massive front deck.

You will love the feeling of the house - light and bright with plenty of room to move. When you are back from your travels, you can relax and unwind on the new 4 metre deck or at the dining table or at the kitchen island bench or on the comfortable couches in front of the large screen TV with Foxtel.

We have recently added double glazed windows throughout the house which will increase the comfort level further by keeping in warm in winter and nice and cool in summer.

Main Bedroom with recently renovated ensuite - Queen Bed.
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed.
3rd Bedroom - Single Bed + Bunk - double at the bottom and single at the top.
4th Bedroom - Single Bed + Bunk - double at the bottom and single at the top.

Total of 8 beds which comfortably sleep 12 people.

The laundry features a washing machine and dryer. The house is warm and cosy in the winter with two new heat pumps and also stays naturally warm with the sunshine that beams in.

Riverside is a residential suburb 4 kilometres north-west of the central business district of Launceston, Tasmania's 2nd largest city.

Great access to the city of Launceston's Cataract Gorge & First Basin where you will find walking and hiking trails, the world's longest single span chairlift, swimming pool, restaurant, kiosk, café peacocks and wildlife, beautiful gardens, suspension bridge and panoramic lookouts with spectacular views.
