This is a beautiful 2 bedroom home with stunning river, mountain and lushful garden view. It is located on the ground floor of our two storey home with a separate entrance.
It can be entirely separated from the top floor making it ideal for maintaining your privacy whilst you enjoy the beautiful view and comfortable stay.

The home is two story home. We live upstairs and downstairs is the guest accommodation with a separate access. It has two bedrooms with queen beds and electric blankets, one bathroom and a toilet with separate access in middle of both bedrooms.
The lounge is minimalist styled making it spacious with double sofa, 2 chair, 1 sofabed, six chair dining table and flat screen TV. There is an office desk and chair for you if you're on a working trip. High chair available on request for kids for dining table. It also has the reverse cycle air conditioner and heater to set the temperature you desire.
Kitchenette has a double hot plate, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, grill sandwich press, other regular kitchen utensils and the laundry facility

Plenty of parking available on the street. The car can be driven down the driveway temporarily for the convenience of loading and unloading the luggage.
There are no stairs. However, the driveway to come down and reach the accommodation entrance is steep with a beautiful view. If you have any health issues and potentially might have any trouble getting up and down, please let us know, we can always arrange something to accommodate your car.

PLEASE NOTE that it is separate entire guest suite where we live upstairs and LIGHT COOKING FACILITY is available at this stage. BACKYARD IS SHARED with us and we only come down in garden maintenance to keep it looking beautiful and to use clothes line

Penalty fees $500 apply for breaking the house rules. No parties and loud music, no smoking, no pets allowed in the accommodation.
Maximum 5 guests allowed after declaration and $200 penalty for each undeclared extra guest.
