Summary:
Welcome to Quirindi, the perfect private retreat tiny house surrounded by bushland and grassland with abundant wildlife to keep you company. It is nestled in an 8-acre property that has been with the family for three generations beginning with the land host's grandfather and was later rebuilt by his son in 2013.

The Space:
The Quirindi is a secluded tiny house surrounded by natural vegetation nestled on the banks of a creek with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.

The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and the surrounding areas, including the 9-hole put course and equipment (golf clubs and golf balls).

The Neighborhood:
Quirindi is located in a fishing village in Dunalley. Where you can find some of the freshest fish and crustaceans, and the most stunning bay-side sceneries in Australia.

Getting Around:
By Car: Nearest city is Hobart at 50 min away
Near town is Sorell at 30-40 min away
Port Arthur is 30 min away

By public transport: No public transport during the day, only going to Hobart early morning and late afternoon back through Dunalley

Other Things to Note:
- Wifi is available
- Quiet hours 10 pm-7 am
- Firewood is available free of charge
- No smoking inside, except in designated areas
- BBQ grill and fire pit are also available for use
- Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after pet faeces
- Pets need to be kept on leash at all times as livestock is present on the property
- Please take note to inform your host if you plan to bring your pets to our property
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving the house

Important note:

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and firepit are not available during the fire season
- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bush fire. Please put out your cigarettes properly
