Located in one of the premier locations in Devonport - 50 meters from the beach (hear the waves of the beach from the balcony) & around the corner Bluff Beach, Surf Club & Restaurants.
Walking tracks are virtually outside the front door, sporting fields starting a few meters from the house & as mentioned the playground, skate park, restaurants, take-away store around the corner.
Centre of the city is only a few minutes drive away or a 25 minute leisurely walk.
Early check ins or late check-outs available upon request.
Please Note: The house is a lived in house, (we keep it clean & tidy), the downstairs level contains the laundry & garage.
There is also a private railway line behind the home that only has a few trains coming through each day but one very early in the morning.
Hence, please take note of these things & if your expectations are for a 5 star hotel & with everything in the home to be brand new, please consider another property.
