This comfortable, clean and spacious 3 bedroom home provides the perfect holiday getaway for families with pets as well as couples looking to relax in a beach-side setting.

The home offers views across to Maria Island and is set within a safe, well-maintained and spacious garden providing the perfect opportunity for the kids to play and your pets to explore.

The living area has two options. A larger room with Smart TV including Netflix, a dining area, heating and air conditioning and a smaller sunroom with TV/DVD which can be sealed off with a sliding door for that quiet time with your favourite book or TV show or as a designated children’s room. Adults and kids will be well entertained with access to a movies catalogue and Wifi.
Sleeping accommodation includes one bedroom with a Queen bed and two other bedrooms, each containing two single beds. All with garden views. If required there is also a double sofa bed in the sunroom.
There are two bathrooms. One newly renovated internal bathroom and one external bathroom/laundry that has a small bath.
The east- facing patio has a modern gas barbeque and an undercover dining setting that captures the morning sun. There is also another dining setting at the back of the property with protection from any breeze.
With the beach on your door step, guests are provided with many walking options; either Orford beach or to East and West Shelley offering stunning views of Maria Island along the way. The ruggedly beautiful Spring Beach, further along a bush track, is also a must see. There is also a 9 hole golf course in Orford. A ferry service from Triabunna takes you to Maria Island National Park and the historic convict settlement, plus bush walks and also a marine reserve for diving. Travel to Freycinet National Park, Wineglass Bay and local wineries are also a must.
Orford’s supermarket, Scorchers on Prosser, Wattlebanks Coastal Cafe and the Orford Road House (best fish and chips!) are an easy stroll by the river or walking path. Eastcoaster Restaurant and Blue Waters are just a short drive away.
