Orford Sands: Modern beach house with huge outdoor heated swim spa

This modern, cosy and luxurious beach house is close to Maria Island National Park, great fishing and bush walks. Guests can choose from multiple close beaches great for surfing, snorkelling or paddle boarding. The property is close to wineries, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, a golf course and the East Coast wine trail.

The property comfortably sleeps 8 but can accommodate up to 10 guests on request if guests are content to convert the sofa bed in the living room into a bed.

Serene, beautiful and private, the property is in a quiet cul de sac behind the esplanade, an easy 2-5 minute stroll to your choice of two beaches. It’s close enough to smell the sea and hear the waves crashing but far enough back to avoid most of the chilly afternoon sea breezes - a blessing in cooler months!

A huge heated swim spa, fire pit area and stand up paddle board are included. The spa needs to be experienced to be believed. It is deep enough for adults and children to swim in or you may choose to sit back in the jetted seats, listening to the birds chirp and the waves crash while some aqua therapy soothes tired muscles from a day of bush walks or paddle boarding.

Pets: Well behaved dogs are welcome as long as they don’t go on furniture and owners pick up after them.

Check in: We can’t meet our guests unfortunately but access is easy via a key lock box. We also have maintenance person we can call who lives locally if guests need anything.
