BRAND NEW KITCHEN, BATHROOM & LAUNDRY. FRESHLY PAINTED. Enjoy the sunset while sitting on the deck above the beach. This is a unique part of the world with houses right on the sand. Amazing views looking over the bay! You can even see seals and dolphins out the front if you are lucky!

The bay is a safe place to swim and in summer the Sydney to Hobart yachts go past in front of your balcony! There are 2 living areas and 2 outdoor areas with tables for dining and a bbq. 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sizes bed and tv and the other with 1 queen and 1 double bed.

There are lots of walks available and a convenience store 150m from the gate. Fishing straight off the beach or at the pier 100m away. There are 2 living areas and 2 outdoor areas with tables for dining. 2 bedrooms one with a queen sized bed and TV and the other with 1 queen and 1 double sized beds.

Guests will enjoy the beach house with steps directly onto the beach. There is a cafe and RSL at South Arm with a 9 hole golf course.

There is a daily bus service and bus stop right outside our gate.
