Architect designed coastal retreat. Designed and build by owner in 2012. Private surrounded by bush and with water and mountain views, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Only minutes walk to beach, coffee shop, local supermarket, bakery and village amenities.

Visit Wineglass Bay, hire a canoe or sea kayak, play tennis, snorkelling at Honeymoon Bay, hire a bike or 4wd buggy. Or just relax on one of the sun drenched decks at the property in the amphitheatre of the Hazards Mountains. We are nestled on the edge of the Freycinet National Park, our neighbours are the gentle Mopoke Owl, and the occasional curious wallaby. From the house there is direct access via a 4wd track to the southern end of Friendly Beaches or mountain bike ride or bushwalking for the more adventurous. Then there's the great coffee and pizza at Geographe, which is a 10 minute walk from the property.

The accommodation offers very comfortable open plan living with a fully equipped modern kitchen. We are connected to town water. Wrap around windows and floor to ceiling glass doors allow sun to filter into the house and give spectacular views through trees to the Hazards. The barbecue and deck is perfect for outdoor entertaining.
Heating is reverse cycle air conditioner with additional heaters in the bedrooms.

The house sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite equipped with air spa and separate toilet. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in bedroom 2 and two single beds in bedroom 3. There is another bathroom with toilet.

We are just a short walk to beaches. The local coffee shop, pub and grocery stores are just a 15 minute walk. Other activities to enjoy on your stay include, a drive to local wineries, bushwalking, boat tours, surfing at Friendly Beaches, mountain biking, rock climbing, sea kayaking, diving/snorkling, dinghy hire, fishing, national park talks.
