This stylish, modern home is situated in the quiet and well regarded suburb of Newstead, less than a 5 minute drive to the Launceston CBD.

Walking in, you will love the modern crisp feel of the home, with plenty of warm touches added to make you feel at home. The large kitchen, dining, lounge area flows onto a lovely undercover outdoor entertaining area, with a BBQ and even a cubby for the kids to enjoy!

A fully equipped kitchen, with large walk in pantry means you can be totally self sufficient during your stay. A new induction cooktop and large oven are just great for those bigger meals!

The 4 bedrooms supply comfy beds, with crisp clean linen. You'll have plenty of room to store your luggage in the built in wardrobes.. out of sight and out of mind! The master suite also boasts a large walk in wardrobe.

Soaps, shampoos etc, and towels are provided for all guests. The main bathroom has a large tub for a good soak, and the master ensuite features a double shower.

Laundry with washer and dryer in the home, with detergent supplied.

Parking on driveway, and WiFi signal strong throughout home.

This home boasts 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate living rooms, PLUS a toy room for the kids!

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the whole home, with 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 guests, 2 bathrooms, walk in robe, laundry, fully appointed kitchen and butlers pantry.
Unfortunately the garage is not available to guests, however feel free to park in the driveway. Room for 2 cars.

The Neighborhood:
This home is situated in Newstead, just 5 minutes drive from the Launceston CBD and surrounds. It is in a quiet, modern neighbourhood. You should be able to get everything you need within a 5 minute drive of the home.

Getting Around:
We recommend a car to fully make the most of what Launceston has to offer, but there are always taxis and ubers available!

In addition, in the Launceston CBD, the free Tiger Bus is an option. See their website below for their routes and timetables:
