This home is designed to take in the stunning views of the coastline, with views from every bedroom as well as the living room and kitchen. With plenty of space to relax and rewind on the couches, the deck or the outdoor entertainment area.

The separate one bedroom villa allows for privacy and space while still allowing guests to be part of the action.

You can enjoy long lunches and evenings chatting or playing games in the central courtyard and converted garage. With a louvered pergola system you can control the sun and or rain, as it may happen!

With WIFI and plenty of parking, what more could you possibly want.

Dogs are welcome to stay at the property with an additional charge of $100 per stay. There is a secure outdoor area for your dogs to stay safely if you choose to go out. We do politely request you clean up after your dog and do not let them on the furniture.

The Space:
The main house is spacious with the bedroom situated on either side of the kitchen/dining and lounge room area, providing privacy and space. With a spacious bathroom as well as an extra toilet through the laundry the home is beautifully thought through and designed for you to truly enjoy your time by the ocean.

The villa is attached to the back of the converted garage, and is stunningly cozy. With a little kitchenette including a single cooktop and a microwave to make small and comfortable meals.

The bathroom is beautiful and has floor heat to keep you comfortable at any time of the year.

The queen bed is comfortable and there is also a small private seating area just out front enclosed by shrubbery to protect the seat from any sea breeze.

Guest Access:
Guest access is via a lockbox and can be accessed any time.

The Neighborhood:
Mima’s Nest is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the beautiful ocean view. Alternatively take a stroll along the walking paths nestled among protected native vegetation, bordering the shoreline. The Coastal environment is full of character and offers a vast and diverse range of fascinating features including volcanic rock pools, sandy foreshores, sea caves, rocky shorelines, and windswept cliffs. There are two sandy beaches; Lulworth Beach and Fanny’s Beach.

Getting Around:
We recommend you have a car to enjoy all Lulworth and the surrounds has to offer.
