Spacious living area with flor to ceiling windows to enjoy the spectacular view.  This home presents a perfect aspect to catch the spectacular Aurora Australis when it is on show.  TV and media player, with over 1000 movies to choose from. Plus, plenty of kids' movies, board games and jigsaw puzzles to keep the little one's amused.  Wireless internet.  A modern and fully equipped kitchen.  Luxurious bathrooms with a walk-in shower and separate toilet in the main house.  Fully equipped laundry, with washing machine, dryer and clothesline.  The house is fully heated & cooled with reverse-cycle air conditioning and panel heaters in the bedrooms.


The Bunk House has 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom, with covered access from the main house.

A porta-cot and high chair are available upon request.


Expect to get regular evening visits from the local wildlife such as kangaroos, wallabies, rabbits and bandicoots, right in the yard! You'll even get the occasional kookaburra sitting on the front deck railing or fence.

Safe Parking - carpark is under 24 hour security surveillance.


You will have exclusive use of the main house, bunk house and fenced yard.
