Lynmouth Cottage - A cosy home away from home

Lynmouth Cottage is a cosy home built in 1910 as part of Hobart's first suburb, New Town. With a woodfire, sunny deck and games room, this is a place you'll want to come back to.
It's only a 7 minute drive from the Hobart CBD, 11 minutes to MONA and 30 minutes to the peak of Mt Wellington. It is walking distance to parks, cafes, Cornelian Bay Beach (at the end of the street), shopping centre and bottle shop. The intercity cycleway runs right past and the house is within the "Scooter Zone".
There is a secure space for storing bikes (on wall racks) in the games room (which has a pool table and dart board).
The kitchen and laundry have all you need to feel at home and the lounge is cosy with a fire place and comfy couches, a TV (with access to streaming services inc. Netflix, Prime, Disney+ and Kayo Sports) and NBN WiFi.
The bedrooms have warm beds with good feather and down doonas and electric blankets. One of the bedrooms has a desk space if you need one.
