Large Family Home in Beaumaris

Summary:
This spacious, family home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large open kitchen, dining and living area upstairs spilling out onto the deck with views of the ocean.

The large backyard with garden, and a swing set, is the perfect place for kids to run around and enjoy. A wonderful family home, it's not perfect, but it is very functional! Enjoy a stress free holiday with lots of parking, plenty of room, and only a few minutes drive from the beach.

The Space:
The upstairs level has 2 bedrooms, both rooms with a queen bed, plus plenty of kids toys, lego and books.

The living room, kitchen and deck flow seamlessly providing fantastic entertainment and indoor/outdoor living. The huge dining table seats 10, and the kitchen is well appointed with everything you need including a pantry with all your staples and more. There is a bathroom upstairs and also one downstairs.
There are 3 television's in the house ,one downstairs in the rumpus room with Netflix, one in the upstairs queen room, and one in the upstairs, open living room which is a fetch T.V. so has free movies for you to enjoy.

Downstairs has 2 smaller bedrooms, one with queen bed, the other with a single bed, a rumpus/TV room for the kids, which also opens out to the backyard. The downstairs area also features the second bathroom with a bath and washing machine.

Outside is a fully fenced backyard with kids play equipment and a garden. There is plenty of space for the kids to safely run around, you are welcome to bring your pooch but they must stay outdoors please.

Guest Access:
Guests can check in with use of our key lockbox at the front door, you will receive the code once you have booked the home.

The Neighborhood:
Beaumaris has everything you need, whether you’re a keen fisherman, an enthusiastic mountain biker, enjoying a game of golf, hiking in the wilderness or after white sandy beaches with great surf, it’s all just a short distance away.

You can walk down the road and enjoy a burger and beer or it's not far for a coffee and pub meal. The perfect place to bring the family for a beach getaway.
Scamander is the closest place to find a supermarket, chemist, service station and golf club, and is only a few minutes drive away.

Getting Around:
We recommend a car to enjoy all the East Coast has to offer, there are bicycle and walking tracks from Beaumaris to Scamander.

Other Things to Note:
We are dog friendly, the large backyard is fully fenced for you furry friends to run around in. We just ask if you could keep them outside please and pick up after them.
There will be a one off $50 pet charge that will be charged once you book.
