Herons Rise Vineyard Accommodation-The Studio

Herons Rise Vineyard Accommodation is in Kettering, about 30 minutes south of Hobart, Tasmania. The little sea-side village of Kettering is the gateway to beautiful Bruny Island and the Huon Valley. We currently have two unique, character-filled self-contained cottages, situated on our beautiful 12 acre property. The Studio Cottage is privately situated of the property and is ideally suited for couples looking for a romantic retreat. It has an open-plan living area with a step up to the bedroom, where the comfortable queen bed (with electric blanket) will ensure a good night's sleep. A single bed can be set up in the bedroom for a child. The cottage is private and peaceful and has lovely views across the D'entrecasteaux Channel to Bruny Island, as well as views of the rural property.

In the cooler months the Studio is heated by a wood-fire,and is warm, cosy and romantic. Together with the solar panels, the wood fire also heats the water, ensuring you have piping hot water for your shower. There is a little laundry next to the Studio with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

No smoking is allowed in the cottages, nor do we allow parties. We also ask that the privacy of other guests and the two private residences be respected.
