This newly renovated 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom stunner is designed with families and groups in mind. A kitchen which can simply be termed, an entertainers delight, a huge walk in pantry and a large open plan dining and lounge means you can enjoy being part of the fun, no matter where you are.
Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 all have queen beds whilst the 4th bedroom has a king single. All beds are extremely comfortable and offer a selection of pillows and warm doonas.
The outdoor area is significant, so whether you wish to eat outdoors or lie on the grass and enjoy the leafy trees, you have the choice!
Only minutes from town and close to all main attractions in Launceston, you'll love basing yourself here!

The Neighborhood:
South Launceston is the first suburb south of Launceston city. Only 2 blocks from the Launceston General Hospital and a few paces from Coronation Park this property is a skip from so many places. The closest coffee shops are on Charles St, but if you don't wish to leave you car there is also a drive through coffee shop on Wellington St just at the end of the street.
Getting Around:
We always recommend a car to enjoy all Tasmania has to offer. Ubers, taxis and buses are also very assessable.
