About this property
This beachside propery is suitated only 30 minutes from Hobart city centre. Suitated on Glenvar beach with private access to beach below. Self contained cottage complete with all kitchen appliances, including oven, microwave,BBQ, slowercooker and sandwich maker. A cosy woodheater with plenty of wood provided. A Daiken heat pump and aircon recycle pump has now been installed. Watch the cruise ships and yachts come up the river ,or you may glimpse a 'family'of dolphins playing just on 'your' doorstep. Fishing gear and kayak with 2 small life jackets are kept on the property as are plenty DVDs,games,sing star and puzzles. A local RSL where you can get inexpensive but great meals. A local corner store for all everday needs. All in all a magic place any time of year.
