Situated in peaceful Primrose Sands, only 40 minutes drive from the CBD, and 30 minutes from the airport is this spectacular property featuring vacation vibes. Modern and furnished with comfort and leisure in mind, the house has a wonderful outdoor area and a beautiful pool for lounging or swimming laps in. The pool is generally heated to around 28 degrees all year.
On entry, you walk into an open plan dining and lounge area with an adjacent kitchen fully set- up for self-catering. The lounge, dining room, master bedroom, and 2 single bedrooms all enjoy sweeping views of the ocean and peninsula. The other bedroom looks out onto a courtyard. The bathroom is bright and white with a spa bath, shower, and toilet.
All bedrooms are furnished with a vacation vibe, with white luxury bedding. Each little extra touch adds to your luxury stay.
At the end of the hallway, you have your own private heated pool. It should be noted that the door is locked at all times, and children should be supervised at all times.
