The living room features a comfortable couch and a lsrge 65inch TV, and the powerful heat pump/air conditioner keeps the entire home warm during the cooler months or cool in summer.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for meal preparation, with ample bench space, quality appliances and a dining area perfect for enjoying breakfast or winding down with dinner. A Nespresso pod machine is provided, with a small supply of pods to help you settle in.
The property includes two well-sized bedrooms, both with queen beds, each fitted with its own heater to ensure comfort all year round. The bathroom also includes an integrated laundry with a washing machine for guest convenience.

The area has a relaxed, welcoming feel while still being close to Sandy Bay’s shops and the Hobart CBD.
Guests can park in the driveway at either the front or rear of the property, with easy access to the entrance. South Hobart’s village is around 10 minutes away, Sandy Bay 12 minutes, and Hobart’s CBD 15 minutes. The airport is a straightforward 30–35 minute drive.
