A fresh white exterior welcomes you inside, where the ground floor presents a comfortable lounge area exuding period charm. Cosy up on the sofa and armchair fronting the central TV, with eclectic heating and blankets keeping you nice and warm. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal, including an oven, stove, fridge and four-seater table. Glass doors extend to a private courtyard, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring Hobart.
Upstairs, the cottage accommodates two tastefully appointed bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The first bedroom features a queen bed, complete with electric heating and electric blankets for those cooler Tasmanian nights. The second bedroom, fitted with a single bed and a trundle, opens onto a deck offering serene views of Mount Wellington—perfect for a quiet moment or morning reflection. Unique to this cottage is the bathroom access via the deck, which houses a shower, toilet and in-unit laundry. A second bathroom can be found downstairs on the ground floor, offering a combination shower and bath.
Dedicated on-site parking is not available. Street parking is available nearby, with council rules in place: 2-hour limits apply from 8 am–6 pm (Mon–Fri), and parking is unrestricted from 6 pm–8 am. An owner permit is not provided. Paid parking options are also available nearby. Please plan accordingly.
