The Townhouse is situated in South Hobart within a 15 minute walk to the CBD, Salamanca Place and iconic Cascade Brewery.

South Hobart has been listed as one of Australia's most desirable suburbs to live in due to its central location making it a great place to explore Hobart.

There is an abundance of options to dine, purchase take away or prepare your own meals using ingredients obtained from the boutique grocer 'the salad bowl' all within 500 metres of the front door.

It is set back from the street on a peaceful internal block with 3 decked areas to relax and capture the sun.

Access to full kitchen facilities, bathroom with separate shower and bath.

Two bedrooms each with a queen size bed will ensure a great nights rest.

The Neighborhood:
Just a short stroll South Hobart has a great community feel and has everything you need within walking distance. There are great cafes, butcher, grocer, parks and walking tracks close by. The Hobart Rivulet walking track is close by and connects the city to Cascade Brewery! Locals and tourists love to spot the resident platypus swimming in the rivulet!

Getting Around:
Its always good to have a car when visiting Hobart so you can easily get around the city and explore the many wonderful attractions outside the city. If you don't have a car the house is very centrally located so you can either walk to some of the city attractions or jump on a bus. There is a "jump on jump off" city explorer than runs along Macquarie Street

Please note that the house does not have parking, so you will need to park on Macquarie Street
If you require a porta cot this is available on request at the time of booking
