An "entire" picturesque cottage to savor the experience of the first colonial suburb with Georgian architecture C1840s. The cottages are situated in absolute heart of historic Battery Point. Literally seconds from Princess Park through to Salamanca , a myriad of colonial sandstone buildings, bars, art galleries, shops, Salamanca Market & foreshore docks. Renovated to offer high end, self contained luxurious accommodation, ideal for couples or the business executive for short/long term stays.
Experience a colonial 1840's Georgian cottage with modern contemporary fixtures and fittings. There is a lovely, naturally lit sitting are with leather Chesterfield, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and TV cabinet with an interesting array of books. A fully appointed kitchenette with stone bench tops, induction cook top, top of the range oven and full height stainless steel fridge. There is a small breakfast bar with stone bench top, French doors leading out to the private rear courtyard with an outdoor setting. The bathroom is high end, large shower head, large stone bench top, clothes dryer and washing machine. There is a large modern sink and make-up mirror.I also provide beautiful Aveda products. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other typically a small Georgian room overlooking the garden, a study desk, a "king-single" bed and extra hanging space. All bedding boasts superb Linen.
