This light and cosy apartment features comfortable beds, good quality linens and groovy decor.

With plenty of privacy and quiet, you'll be surprised by the closeness to the CBD, Salamanca Market, MONA Ferry Terminal and Taste of Tasmania sites. All are within an easy 30 minute downhill walk or 5 minute taxi or bus ride.

The Crash Pad is all about relaxation, and you'll have access to a collection of books and magazines, convenient kitchenette, high speed wireless internet and breakfast items are included.

It's nice and private and totally separate. You are unlikely to see anyone else except the odd little wallaby hopping in the garden, unless we cross paths in the driveway. I don't have any pets at all in the apartment.

The inside of the flat has been described by different friends as relaxed, quirky, stylish, cosy and cool. I just think it's really comfortable and simple to hang out here amidst the collection of house plants to unwind and entertain. I hope that guests will collect delicious Tasmanian cheeses and other treats in their travels and come home to enjoy them - with a glass of something Tassie in hand!
