Brunydreaming has 180 degree views of the D'Entreaucasteaux Channel stretching to the mountains on mainland Tasmania.
Conveniently situated, it is a 3 minute walk down to the peaceful beach and jetty, and a further 10 mins walk along the beach to the Bruny Island pub, (the most southerly pub in Australia!)
It has easy access to the many delights of Bruny, such as the acclaimed Bruny cruises, fairy penguins, white wallabies, walking tracks in pristine bushland, surf beaches, excellent fresh sea-food and warm , friendly people.
Wander along the beach, maybe kayak out to Satellite island, or marvel as dolphins give you a playful display.

The house's master bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, double bed, and bay window in order to maximise the view and northern sun.
The second bedroom has a single bed and fitted wardrobe.
There is a well equipped kitchen including microwave, and a spacious bathroom.
If you wish to have 4 or 5 people stay, they will need to sleep on the bed /sofa that converts to a double bed in the lounge room.
There is no washing machine.
The open plan lounge /dining room , complete with stereo, flat screen TV & DVD, provide the best opportunity to relax and watch the water views while indoors.
On the balcony,, soak up the last of the sun's rays and capture the picturesque sunsets while indulging yourself with samples of locally produced wine, cheeses, seafood and fudge.

There is a brand new heat pump (reverse cycle air conditioner) to ensure the house is pleasantly warm all winter.

The neighbours are friendly ,helpful and quiet.. It's an ideal spot to explore a beautiful island.
