The Space:
The home is a two story home. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one being the master. The kitchen, living, dining and deck are positioned to take in the views and also enjoy the northerly sun. There is also a bathroom, laundry and separate toilet.

Downstairs there is a rumpus room, a bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilet as well as access to a patio and the garden.

All large bedrooms, none with adjoining walls and 3 bathrooms there is both plenty of room and plenty of convenience. The home belongs to avid cooks which is abundantly apparent when you step into the fully appointed kitchen, browse the bookshelves or stroll through the garden.

Perfect for families or groups there are two separate living areas, one on each level. Both have large TV's and the downstairs rumpus has plenty of space to read the books or play with the games provided.

Located in West Launceston it's a 7 minute drive to the centre of the city and all tour services pick up from the front door.

Guest Access:
Guests have the whole home and can access via a lockbox at any time.

West Launceston is a beautiful suburb with spectacular views and close proximity to the city.

We recommend you hire a car to enjoy all Launceston has to offer.
