From the parking, a stairway leads you up to the house, which is all set on one level. Open plan living features a large family kitchen, huge dining table, and comfortable couches in the living room. Even a gorgeous reading nook. All with the best views in town! Sliding doors open out onto a huge deck, with comfortable deck furniture where you can laze and enjoy the views over the Bay of Fires. Grants lagoon views are a bonus!
There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has views over the water, with a large ensuite bathroom, and a king size bed. Three more bedrooms, all with queen beds are available, serviced by a large bathroom, with separate powder room. The laundry is cleverly hidden away and has a washer dryer. A family rumpus room with pool table and more comfortable seating. Sliding doors open out from both living areas to the large backyard.
Accessible from most parts of the house, the backyard features a huge stone fireplace, outdoor shower, and full outdoor kitchen.
IMPORTANT RULE: There is a LOCKED spa in the backyard, which is NOT ALLOWED to be used under any circumstances. Any breach of this rule will incur the loss of your entire security bond.
