Imagine sitting out on the deck watching the sunset in this lovely modern three bedroom two bathroom open plan fully furnished and self contained holiday home. Offering great views of the rolling hills and some views of Diamond Island, with a short stroll to the beach, air conditioning for your heating and cooling, 2 person spa bath, T.V, Foxtel with the Sports and Movie Channels and a DVD player. Downstairs is a second bathroom which is close to the bedrooms. In the third bedroom there is the Play Station monitor , DVD Player and games for you and the kids entertainment - with sliding doors off the bedrooms allowing access to the large deck and second BBQ area. Fully equipped laundry - washing machine and dryer
There are 2 x BBQ areas -(1) Weber BBQ's - for the deck outside upstairs kitchen area and also (2) larger BBQ on larger back deck with outside table and chairs accessed through the downstairs bedrooms.
The property sleeps up to six people having two single beds and two queen beds.
Linen is supplied at the property. Beach towels are not supplied.
A dishwasher has recently been installed for guests use.
