This exclusive beach house is a genuinely special place to holiday. It is very comfortable and stylish, an ideal destination for both families and couples alike. Beachcliffe is comprised of 2 spacious bedrooms and sunroom, open plan living area with stunning views. The blackwood kitchen is very modern with serious cooking facilites and large stainless steel fridge. The house has luxurious furnishings, gourmet BBQ, newly renovated bathroom, 2 toilets , fully equipped laundry and has myrtle floorboards throughout the main living area.
There are 4 entertaining decks to suit different conditions. The house has a well cared for yard which is very private, with off street parking and is fully fenced.
South Arm is 40 kilometers from Hobart and is on the public transport route. It is only 20 minutes from Hobart International Airport.

Area description.

If you are feeling active, a few minutes drive will get you to some spectacular beaches or the Iron Pot Golf Club/RSL, which doubles as the local bar and bistro. The Club offers great meals, Delicious seafood buffets. Sunday luncheon and a bottle shop.
South Arm beach and O\'Possum Bay beach both offer safe swimming and there are also surfing beaches nearby.
The general stores in both towns carry an extensive range of goods and can recommend the hamburgers at the O\'Possum Bay store!!! Delicious.
O\'Possum Bay, 4 minutes away has a new boat ramp/jetty which makes boating and fishing activities very accessible.
Lauderdale, 15 minutes away has 2 popular restaurants, the Fritto Misto and Eating on the Edge. There is also a hotel, supermarket, bakery, butchery, pharmacy and other shops in this area.
Mt. Wellington is a beautiful backdrop any time but is extra special when it is snowcapped which happens at the most unexpected times. Or just watch the passing parade of boats, and an occasional cruise ship, while enjoying your favourite sip. If you are lucky enough to be at the house after Boxing Day you will see the finish of the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race looking very colourful with their spinnakers flying.
ENJOY being lulled to sleep by waves lapping on the shore.

Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The rental charged is for domestic use only and not commercial use. This rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning,garbage removal, wear and tear etc... Use contrary to this will result in termination of tenancy.
