A stunning house right on the beach in a quiet and relaxed seaside location. The passive-solar designed house captures the sun all day long. Look out to sea from the kitchen, dining and living areas and just walk out the large sliding doors to take in the views, or sit back and relax on either of two north-facing outside decks. The sunsets over the water in the evening are spectacular! You can almost reach out and touch the ocean, and a stroll along the beach is only a few short steps away. The 'Beach Break' house features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and spacious dining and lounge areas. Off the master bedroom is a luxurious bathroom with twin vanities and a walk-in shower. Step down into a private atrium which features a large bath. There are three more bedrooms, the main with a queen-size bed, a single bed and room for a portable cot. The two other bedrooms have two single beds in each with built in robes - these areas are serviced by a separate bathroom. A large laundry has a washing machine and clothes drier. Quality linen is supplied including beach towels and ironing facilities. Enjoy the outside entertaining within the landscaped gardens, adding to the wonderful seaside atmosphere. There is also a Weber bbq to make cooking a breeze, whilst enjoying the amazing view. There is secure off street parking and a fully fenced backyard leading to the beach

Easy access to the 'Beach Break' house from the Bass Highway and only 15 minutes from the Devonport Airport and the terminal for the Spirit of Tasmania ferries which cross Bass Strait from Melbourne every day. Only five minutes from Ulverstone. It's a great way to start your Tassie holiday or to wind down at the end of your stay, and for Tasmanians who want to holiday in a fantastic part of our State.
